176 C at St Philip Square

This home is the perfect location! Just blocks to King Street and very walkable to everything. There are cafes and coffee shops nearby. The house was clean and lovely, perfectly stocked. Comfortable beds and furniture. Stayed for a girls trip and loved it, would stay here again. A few things to note before you book:1. There are lots of stairs: about 4 flights to the top rooms (the double rooms) so just know that if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble with stairs, that could be an issue.2. It can get loud outside at night, but that was to be expected so close to King and a college.3. The wifi is spotty on the top level, but that was almost to be expected by how high the house is.The only issue we had was with the hot water, but the host checked the hot water heater and made adjustments right away. Just know it will take several minutes (at least 3-5) for the water to get hot.Loved our stay and 100% would book again!

The house was beautiful, clean and so conveniently located. Communication with the host was great and we appreciated the suggested places to visit and eat. The house had everything we needed for our stay including a starter supply of coffee and tea. I highly recommend this rental and hope to be back some day!

Where do I begin. We have made many trips to Charleston and without a doubt this is the finest stay that we have experienced . The home was even nicer than expected . All amenities and provisions , kitchen supplies , linens etc. exceeded our expectations . Communication with Jaime, our hostess, was quick and very helpful. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I would have selected the highest. We will definitely stay here again. Outstanding!

Great location with very clear directions and information about the home, the city and things to see. One of the best places I have rented.

The kitchen was great the beds slept well.
