176 C at St Philip Square

We have stayed at 176 C at St Philip Square before with a mother-in-law, and four adult children, and it has been a perfect landing spot with every guest in mind. The details of execution, the design, the thoughtfulness of bed and bathroom arrangements, the location, the amenities, the support from the entire team, all are beyond expectations and experiences elsewhere. We could not be more impressed and grateful for this team and this property. Thank you for the opportunity to share more broadly.

We had a lovely stay in 176C St Philip Square! It was obvious that the owner and management take high pride in the rental. The kitchen was well stocked and well maintained. The beds and linens were high quality. Parking was plentiful. It is a very old and unique place. There are quite a few stairs - a full staircase entering the unit and another staircase to the upper floor. Aside from the noise from rain on the roof, it was quiet during our stay. Good location!

The property is beautiful, even beyond our expectations- quality amenities, appliances & furniture, bedding. Bathroom towels, robes, etc. Comfortable , spacious, very adequate for our group of 9. Loved having two floors, a private spacious outdoor porch and another shared porch on first floor. There are lots of steps which is probably important to know (2 sets inside to get to the unit). Great location very near King Street with all the options for eating shopping, entertainment. Private parking spots were great.Did not utilize offsite resort - seemed a little complicated but probably was very nice. No games or beach towels if planning a trip to the beaches -which we did with Uber. It was beautiful and we were very happy.

House was perfect for our group; in terms of places to sleep and comfort of bedrooms it was perfect. Ease of checking in and out was helpful. Kitchen was well stocked and porch was perfect for sitting on and enjoying drinks with family. The private garden area was beautiful. Walking distance from many restaurants and shopping area and also not a bad walk down to the water. Overall a lovely vacation spot.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Not one complaint. The apartment was spotless, generously equipped with anything we may need for our stay. The location was perfect, free parking and accessible to shopping, restaurants, etc. We toured the whole city walking from this location. We would definitely stay here again.
