The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The owners and manager are gracious, kind and accommodating. It is within walking distance of great restaurants and sites. We will definitely be returning.

Jamie is amazing, very hard-working and a great property manager. The property is clean, and the grounds are kept up very nicely. The parking is a huge plus. Very walkable location, highly recommend this stay.

We have had the best experience at 176 A St Philip Square!! It is the most beautifully updated, roomy, and fully stocked home! It is conveniently located in a lovely area with many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We were here for our son’s wedding and it has been a wonderful home base for us and our family and friends! Jamie and the property management team have done everything to accommodate our needs and make us feel comfortable and at home! We will be back!! I highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing and no detail was missed. The staff was over the top nice and the most responsive we have ever encountered. And the location for a large party can’t be matched.

We rented this unit for two weeks and it was amazing! Clean, super convenient location to a TON of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We were really pleased and will definitely be renting it again next spring. Highly recommend!
