Great place to stay! The staff was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Everything was very clean, and the location was excellent. Our unit was well-equipped with all that we needed, and the comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable.The only thing I would have changed is knowing the exact location of our unit ahead of time. While the courtyard was beautiful and a great feature of the property, our unit required us to walk across the parking area to access it, so we didn't end up using it as much as we would have liked.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Property was comfortable and location was perfect. Absolutely everything is within walking distance, and despite having a parking spot...next time I'll leave the car home. Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at St Philip Place over a long weekend for a wedding, it was perfect! Three nice size bedrooms, each with its own bath! great mattresses and linens and a fully stocked kitchen! The porch was old-southern style and we enjoyed our time out there! The hosts were simply terrific! Great communication and accommodating us on check out time. All in all a lovely stay!!

Everything was absolutely lovely! A great home away from home for a few days. Great location, great amenities- everything we needed and more was included, it felt peaceful and secluded for the location. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who asked!
