174 B#1 at Saint Philip Square

We had a great 5 night stay at St Philip Square! We were a family of 7 adults which was very comfortable. The property is so private. We spent 2 nights dining and relaxing outside around one of the multiple gas fire pit tables in the beautifully landscaped gardens. No need to go out! The unit is very clean, light and tastefully decorated. They have everything we needed to get ready for a wedding including magnifying mirror, ironing board and iron and even a steamer. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee and even detergents for dish washer, dishes and laundry. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet in the evenings. We had a small water pressure problem when we first arrived, and friendly Jamie had someone over to fix it immediately. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful property and wonderful stay! The house was close to everything and in a great area! Quiet place to relax after busy days to plan our next outings! We would recommend to anyone traveling to the area! Great property with anything you might need stocked and wonderful host! Thank you again!

This was a very nice, clean property. Location was perfect for access to King Street, shopping, good food! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Love this place! The layout of the buildings and the fountain and fire pits in the courtyard was amazing. Couldn’t wait to get up every morning and have coffee on the front porch. We did the food and Wine Festival and also hopped around downtown Charleston. Great location! Great weekend!

I hesitate to leave this review as I don't want more people to discover this wonderful place that we have come to for many, many years. Mr Bennett has created many unique but similarly situated houses on St. Philip St. with fantastic apartments that can suit many family's needs. We just stayed in one of the 4 bedroom apartments with six women of three different generations and it was perfect for us. There's not one single thing I would say they needed to do that they had not thought about and taken care of. Being one block off of King is a huge plus and we felt very very safe in this neighborhood. Thanks to Jamie and her team..... all was as we hoped it would be and we will be back!
