174 B#1 at Saint Philip Square

I hesitate to leave this review as I don't want more people to discover this wonderful place that we have come to for many, many years. Mr Bennett has created many unique but similarly situated houses on St. Philip St. with fantastic apartments that can suit many family's needs. We just stayed in one of the 4 bedroom apartments with six women of three different generations and it was perfect for us. There's not one single thing I would say they needed to do that they had not thought about and taken care of. Being one block off of King is a huge plus and we felt very very safe in this neighborhood. Thanks to Jamie and her team..... all was as we hoped it would be and we will be back!

We loved this location! Super close to King Street and great restaurants such as Babas for coffee and Holey City Bagels. It was amazing that every room had a bathroom and the property itself is beautiful.

A lovely home in a great location that’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants! The home is well appointed and offers plenty of places to gather with friends, both indoor and out.

It is a beautiful property with easy access to King St and easy on sight parking. Highly recommend!
