178 B at Saint Philip Square

The rooms were beautiful, the porch was very nice, and the host was responsive. Had a great time and will definitely be coming back to Charleston!

St. Philip’s Square was PERFECT. We stayed at 178B and had a 10/10 experience. The location truly cannot be beat. You are just steps away from great shops and food on King Street. The amenities were perfect (comfortable beds, fluffy towels, tons of handy dish wear, amazing showers, etc.). The place is so clean and well cared for - and flawlessly decorated! The extra patio and deck areas are so wonderful. If we come back to Charleston, we will 100% stay here again and would recommend to anyone from bachelorettes, to graduations, or family reunions. Jamie, the property manager, was fantastic and so accommodating and helpful. The check in and check out instructions are simple and clear (no need to worry about 15 pages of house rules and unreasonable check out/cleaning policies like you get with Air BnBs or VRBOs) The ONLY not perfect part was being on the bottom floor below what seemed to be a thundering herd, but mostly it wasn’t an issue (still a 5 star experience!!)

Our family of 4 had an amazing time on our first trip to Charleston! The property had everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect for enjoying the city. The apartment and grounds were spotless and beautifully decorated. And the beds were SO comfortable! We did not want to leave - will definitely return and rent here again.

Beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept like babies. The showers were amazing. Great girls trip for a combo sweet 16, gymnastics competition and getaway. Extra pillows, towels, and blankets are nice. Loved it and would definitely stay again.
