174 B#2 at Saint Philip Square

Another fantastic stay! This was our third time at St. Phillip’s Square, and it continues to exceed our expectations. This time, we chose a larger unit and were absolutely thrilled with everything it offered—there was even more space than we anticipated! Everything was comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for our needs. It truly made our annual family trip extra special. We’re already looking forward to coming back again next year!

We had 11 adults staying for 7 days 6 nights and everything was perfect. Our family was using it as the base camp for our annual vacation, but it ended up being a feature. Highly recommend this unit and the other related/connected units. It didn't stop with just the home. Accommodating 11 people required many questions prior to arrival and once we were on site and Jamie was on top of it. The responsiveness was reassuring and appreciated.

We were delighted with the charming, clean, and apropos accommodations. All three of my brothers felt the same about their units. All units were exactly as described. Also Jamie was a tremendous help to all of us, very friendly and extremely competent. We do have a few suggestions for safety and convenience: 1) The tub shower in our room was new and clean. This arrangement is somewhat dangerous. The tub is high and requires a climb to enter. This is ok but the tub floor is slippery. We would have felt safer if there were rubber mats on the tub floor and grab handles mounted on the shower walls. 2) There was nowhere to store clothing in the room. A small chest of drawers or some open shelving could solve this. 3) There were six hangers in closet. considering that there was no drawer space, there should be double that amount. Thanks, Bob

This was the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented! Furniture and artwork beautiful. The grounds are lush! There’s seating around a small fountain, seating around fire pits, the grounds are so clean. We will definitely rent this place again.

What a beautiful property with the outdoor space that includes plenty of seating and fire tables and walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Jamie was so helpful and accommodating for our group! Would recommend this property for your stay in Charleston!
