If you book this property, you will be very happy. However, it is helpful to note that this particular unit is one of 4 apartments in the house and occupies the front, ground floor level. The front porch, and only point of entry, is a nice spot, however, there is a bit of an eye sore building across the street. This does not make a great first impression however the area itself is pretty cool and this minor detail will shortly become irrelevant. Also, the front living room has a bit of a musty smell that, upon first entry, makes you feel hesitant, but once you settle into the home its character overrides everything. We loved the home decor, bathrooms were fresh and updated and the beds were very very comfortable. We didn’t utilise the shared outdoor spaces behind the property but really enjoyed walking through to parking area. If we were visiting longer or had friends staying in one of the adjacent rentals, it would have been a charming area for coffee or cocktails. One of the properties overlooking that space would be ideal.

All 7 of us noticed how clean the home was!It was conveniently located with walkable locations or a short uber ride away.
