This is an extraordinary apartment. It is like stepping into a page from Southern Living magazine. The property is beautiful with fountains and fire pits. Comfortable seating everywhere, beautiful balconies. The host is fabulous to work with. We were a group of seven ladies aged 60 - 76 yrs.

The house was exactly like the photos. It was so nice having 4bathrooms. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We loved the location. Easy walk to all restaurants and shopping.

We stayed at this property with family to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it was the perfect home base for our trip to Charleston. The accommodations were very comfortable, with plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a small issue with one of the showers, but the property owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—excellent communication and service. The location couldn’t be better! Just a short walk to King Street, where we enjoyed great shopping and dining options. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy spot in Charleston.

My family and I stayed at the property for a long weekend. The property was very comfort for the 6 of us. The location was great! And the check in and check out process was very straight forward and easy.We would look to stay at the property when visiting Charleston in the future

Great family stay in a charming historic home. The unit appeared to be very well cleaned and maintained. We loved the highly walkable area and found some great restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. One thing to note is that two of the bedrooms are upstairs in the former attic level, so the beds have low head clearance and the bathrooms are small. We did have two adults successfully sleep up there, but felt those bedrooms would be best suited for children. One note for the host is that we would have appreciated optional plug-in air fresheners since (like all historic southern homes) it can smell a bit musty in the summer. Would happily stay again.
