It was a great location and easy walk to lots of things. The place was nice, it was clean except there was some dirt on the bathroom floors so it was not spotless like others I have rented. Spiral stairs leading to the the place was a little slippery on one of the days when it rain. But overall it was nice and the host was get about keeping in touch through out the process.

Our stay was absolutely perfect during the Thanksgiving weekend. Our only wish was for a little warmer weather to enjoy the nice outdoor patio areas. Our Apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. Loved the location and would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back to enjoy this fantastic city.

Great, charming property. Close to King Street. Washer and dryer included. Note: minimal hanging storage in primary, but ample in guest room. Overall a great property for the price. Looking forward to staying here again in the Spring.

We loved our stay! The space was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! We would stay here again!

We loved the location and outdoor seating areas. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Only recommendation for improvement would be black out curtains in the back bedroom as the neighboring porch lights do shine in.
